Keep Ticket Sales Open – with RapidScan you can keep selling your tickets even when your event has started!

  • With a good wifi connection or 3/4G signal, the RapidScan app will continue to sync and update with new sales as your night takes place, allowing you to maximise your ticket sales


To amend the times of your tickets, simply log into your Promotion Centre and select the ‘pencil’ icon on the right-hand side next to your tickets.



Ensure everyone attends your NYE event – with the Waiting List and Re:Sell, you and your customers will benefit.

  • Waiting List will automatically collect data for those interested in attending your event. If you’ve got more tickets to sell, Waiting List will allocate them to those registered.
  • Re:Sell is proven to increase attendance and reduce drop-off rates whilst also offering protection against touts and increasing your revenue by reselling returned tickets at a higher price.


Show me the money – remittance will be run on Weds 3rd  January 2018 with ticket funds clearing into your nominated account within three working days.
Check your bank details are current, correct and ready in time for remittance
