Cool:Off extended to up to 28 days

Skiddle introduced the industry’s first flexible ticketing option Cool:Off back in 2016, a feature that has now been replicated by all major ticketing companies. The feature offers customers a 72 hour cool off period to cancel their ticket, as we all know plans can change very quickly, and has successfully been used on over 5000 events.

During this difficult period, with the uncertainty surrounding travel and events, we are seeing customer confidence in buying severely reduced and this is set to continue until the situation becomes much clearer.

With this in mind, we are extending Cool:Off from 72 hours to up to 28 days. This means that a customer can buy a ticket and have up to 28 days to cancel their ticket. The time frame is decided by you, the promoter.

The extension of Cool:Off is to stimulate sales and encourage customers to buy with more confidence, allowing them to take advantage of early bird and advance tickets for events in the future, with the peace of mind they are protected against any changes in circumstances.

To extend Cool:Off on your events, please contact your account manager.
