In memory of Queen Elizabeth II, our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September so that our colleagues may pay their respects. Our offices will reopen and resume normal service on Tuesday 20th September at 9 am with phone lines operational from 10 am.
Remittance will run routinely today, Thursday 15th September, with funds set to clear on Monday 19th September.*

Our Marketing & Content team continue to be as busy as ever, working behind the scenes to implement our 2022 Skiddle Freshers Campaign.
Focusing on 20 cities nationwide with extensive digital, out-of-home and university activity, our ‘Welcome To’ message will be supported by 70 Skiddle ambassadors working across 30 separate universities, promoting Skiddle and the events listed in each university town and/or city.
If you’re interested in having any of our ambassadors distribute promotional materials for your upcoming Freshers Week events, please contact your account manager.
Our developers have also been putting in the hours lately, preparing the introduction of PayPal as a payment method across the Skiddle site.
Extending our existing range of payment methods, including Apple Pay and credit/debit card options, customers will soon be able to purchase their tickets at a much quicker pace and with greater peace of mind, using this secure digital wallet service.
More details on the launch of PayPal on Skiddle are still to come, in next week’s update.
Finally, we round off this week’s update with information regarding a change to our usual working schedule.
On Wednesday 21st September, the entire Skiddle team will head off on a work trip to Alton Towers, for a day of bonding and interdepartmental development. This will mean that our phone lines for the Customer Support and Account Support teams will be closed, reopening in the afternoon on Thursday 22nd September.
