Multicurrency ticket sales: Accept Euros

For event promoters who may be based outside of the UK, Skiddle now offer full Euro payment processing. Not only do we accept Euros for payment, we also settle directly into your account in Euros, removing any issues with conversion rates, etc.

White Label Ticket Shops

Our fully featured White Label Ticket Shops are fully Facebook integrated and pull all the event information from your Skiddle account automatically. Branded to suit your event, they give you a full ticket shop, at no cost to yourself.

Embargoed Events

Want to get your events ready without putting them live? We now have a ‘draft event’ mode allowing you to spend as much time as you want creating your event. You can then quickly change events to ‘live’ with the click of a button – ideal for announcing new events and lineups!

Direct Payment

We are now integrated with 3 different payment gateways. Whilst most promoters will want to take advantage of our own credit card processing facility, some promoters may prefer to be paid directly into their own merchant or paypal account. This new feature means you can get your ticket money in just a few days.

Password Protected Tickets

Want to offer a ticket at a discounted price but to a limited audience? Or perhaps you have a VIP ticket for members only? You can now protect your tickets with passwords. Only those with a password can access and buy your tickets. Great for discounts, VIP, guestlist and more.

Free ticketing

Skiddle now offer a free ticketing service, which allows customers to pop themselves on your free ticket list, at no cost to them or yourselves. Working just like a paid ticket, without any payment. Get rid of those pesky spreadsheets! And you can even run a free guestlist with a password if you like…

Facebook Shop v2: Sell tickets on Facebook

Our Facebook ticket shop has been updated to support many of the features above, plus full Facebook Timeline integration which provides frictionless, automatic sharing of “I’m going” posts. Our shops even provide artist profiles, venue location maps and RSVP lists.

Full order visibility

From your Promotion Centre, you can now see details of all ticket orders placed – with full information about the customer, and the tickets they have ordered. You can also resend email confirmations, edit customer contact details and send VAT receipts. Of course, our customer service team are on hand to do this for you – but we love to give our promoters full control!

Accept offline payments

If you are organising an event which may benefit from accepting cheques or bank transfers (such as a business networking event) we can make this option available to your customers.  Get in touch for more details
