Here’s a rundown of the latest feature updates and additions to our Beta Promotion Centre, designed to help you learn more about your customers whilst also maximising your sales. Continue reading below to find out how these new improvements can make your experience selling tickets with Skiddle even easier.
Checkout question builder
Using our Checkout Question Builder, it’s now possible to collect important information from your customers on the day they buy their tickets. By adding custom questions to your customers’ checkout experience, you can learn whether ticket holders have, for example, specific dietary requirements at the point of sale.
Planning a New Years brunch or dinner event? Ensure you have all the information necessary to plan your event effectively and do away with last-minute emails by using this new feature update.
Using our powerful search tool, you can now view all of your customer orders for events past and present. To find out which tickets your customers have purchased, what their contact details are (also now editable) and more, simply search your customers’ name, email address, postcode or order ID.
In Order Administration, it’s also now possible to add notes on orders, resend ticket receipts and refund an entire order or a specific ticket(s) within an order, by using our refund facility.
This powerful tool gives you full control over your customer’s ticketing orders. You can either access this on an event-by-event basis or use our global search to locate orders across any of your events.
Ticket sales report
Analyse your overall sales on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, by using our brand new Ticket Sales Report feature. Allowing you the freedom to examine sales data, on an event-by-event or ticket-by-ticket basis, the feature also allows you to sift through certain events and select custom timeframes.
The reporting tool offers a multitude of ways to query your ticket sales performance. Upon completing your analysis, you can download and share your results via our exportable CSV option.
Clearer ticket statuses
We’ve expanded the number of ticket statuses available to you, our promoters, to make it easier to see the status of each of your events. From your ticket summary screen, it should now be very clear and easy to understand which of your events are either on sale, pending on sale, closed or hidden etc.
With more new feature updates comes the need for some reshuffling. The next time you log into your account, you’ll notice that we’ve reorganised the left navigation so you can access most of the features within just two clicks.
More options to bulk edit events
Finally, we’ve bumped up the number of fields you can edit in bulk. Some of the fields you can now alter all at once include ‘Event Name’, ‘Start/End times’, ‘Embargo dates’, ‘Tagged brands’, ‘Tagged tours’ and ‘Make Live or Draft’.
