Skiddle’s Access Scheme

Here at Skiddle, we are committed to knocking down the barriers people are faced with when purchasing tickets online and attending events. Since officially launching our Access Scheme last August, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to develop it further.

We have altered the way we handle requests for Personal Assistant tickets where access is concerned. Now, a customer’s specific access requirements are obtained at the first point of contact so that they can determine whether they can be accommodated at the event by the promoter/venue.

Our Account Management team have also been in touch with our key promoters to sign them up to the scheme and we hope to work more closely with them to help improve the overall experience for our deaf and disabled customers.

In December, our Access Team attended the Attitude Is Everything Coalition meeting which was coincidentally held in London on General Election day!

Finally, we will shortly be sending out surveys to our promoters and customers to gather their valued feedback. This feedback will help us to make further enhancements to our scheme for those who deserve fair, stress-free & seamless access to buying tickets and attending the music events they love.

If you require more information around listing tickets for your events, please contact your dedicated account manager or our friendly support staff at promoters@skiddle.com or on 033 3301 0301.
