Skiddle and the Night Time Industries Association proudly present the National Promoter Society.
In yesterday’s Skiddle update we announced an exciting and important new partnership with the Night Time Industries Association.
Skiddle have joined forces with the NTIA to form the National Promoter Society. Headed up by Jamie Scahill (Skiddle) and Michael Kill (NTIA) with a sole purpose of giving much needed support and representation to event organisers across the UK.
For decades this industry has been built on entrepreneurial spirit and passion. Promoters are the backbone of UK culture; key to creating a world-renowned industry which is accessible, inclusive and progressive.
However, the pandemic has changed the landscape forever – the last three years have seen many businesses lost, huge amounts of talent displaced and an events industry left in disarray. Despite these issues, we are still an industry without adequate representation, mental health support and funding.
NPS will be a central unified body to provide support across the board for Promoters – we will engage government, authorities and media in order to finally give us the voice and support network we deserve.
Made by promoters for promoters.
