Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) – the largest club music festival in the world returns to Amsterdam on Wednesday October  19th with 300 events and over 2000 DJs playing in 80 clubs and music venues around the city. As ever all aspects of club culture are honoured, with artists from every part of the electronic music spectrum embroiled in the five day celebration.

This year ADE, which is expected to welcome some 350,000 festival visitors, will feature film screenings, music hardware presentations,  art exhibitions, interactive talks, promotional activities and pop-up musical performances at 25 creative hotspots around the city which include roof-top terraces, clothing shops, art galleries, outdoor exhibitions and cinemas.

There’s also an enormous programme that focuses on the business side of the industry, and features many of the world’s leading figures. Every aspect of the modern industry is tackled, with business professionals, start-ups, aspiring producers and musicians, students, VJs, visual artists and stage designers all receiving tailor made talks, discussions and showcases.

We were thrilled to be heading to the Dutch capital again this year to immerse ourselves in this monolithic celebration of club culture. As we’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, conferences like ADE are incredible places to network – if you would like to meet up with us whilst we’re there, don’t hesitate to contact either Jimmy (Head of Content and Communications) or Rob (Head of Business).
