Here at Skiddle we are constantly talking to customers to gather feedback on how we can improve our service. Recently we surveyed 20,000 customers to find our Net Promoter Score, we asked if they would recommend Skiddle to their friends and they were giving an option ranging from 1 through to 10.
We used Survey Monkey to conduct the survey and had a response rate of 5.9%, resulting in our NPS score coming in at 49. The ratings are from -100 through to 100. A rating of 45+ is excellent, with 63% of our users very likely to recommend us to a friend. There is always room for improvement and we will be surveying more customers every 2 months.
