Skiddle’s Re:Sell platform and more in this week’s Skiddle Update

Since the UK Government’s roadmap to normality, we’ve seen a massive surge in listing events on Skiddle, with many selling out in minutes. If you’re one of the lucky ones with a sold out event, make sure your customers are aware of our Re:Sell service if they change their mind or can no longer attend.  If you have more than one ticket type available, it will resell at the highest level.

Unfortunately, many customers will use unofficial channels and will then be left out of pocket or unable to gain entry to the event because their tickets aren’t valid. Re:Sell solves these issues because Skiddle is the official ticket agent. We can verify that tickets being returned and resold are genuine.

Customers can select that one or more of their tickets are re-sold. We will then attempt to resell the customer’s tickets through our sales channels on their behalf. If successful, a refund of the face value will be issued to the customer and tickets transferred to the new customer, otherwise the tickets will be returned to the original ticket holder.

Once logged in, customers can head to www.skiddle.com/orders and select ‘Request ticket resale’. Alternatively, customers can call Skiddle customer care (03333 01 01 01) to put tickets up for resale or visit the app in the  ‘My tickets’ section.
