By utilising a variety of platforms including email, phone, live chat, Twitter, Facebook and Mobihelp within our Skiddle App, our Customer Care team are on hand to ensure that those all important questions are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week – whatever the query may be!
The most frequent questions that we receive include those regarding re-issuing tickets, making changes to existing orders, event cancellations and refund requests.
However, even some of these requests are not always so straightforward..
Whilst continuing to strive towards to highest level of Customer Care, Skiddle are currently rated as one of the best ticket outlets for service by trustpilot.co.uk and we’re committed in reflecting our passion for what we do in all areas of our communication (even if we’re not quite sure what kind of communication that is..)
So whether we’re busy decoding Jo’s messages, helping locate Mick’s tickets, or trying to track down a phone lost in a toilet, it’s all part of the weird and wonderful world of working in Skiddle Customer Care.
