The beginning of a new year marks fresh opportunities, new ideas and a chance to improve upon the work done in the previous year.

Our Business Development Team have continued their incredible work through December, rolling out the metaphorical red carpet to welcome a wealth of fantastic new clients. The latest additions to the Skiddle fold represent just how far our reach spans, with the team securing exclusive deals with some of the UK’s best-loved venues, inclusive festivals and long-standing family event brands.

Discover six of those who’ve recently decided to join us here at Skiddle in our latest ‘Welcome To Skiddle’ feature below. Learn what makes each of them unique and find out how to make contact should you, for example, have grand ideas for a possible future collaboration.

Feasty Events

What brings people together? Food. It’s no secret, and just about anyone who’s been to a new restaurant or sampled the delights of a street vendor will agree.

Back in 2018, FeastyEvents had this in mind when they launched FeastyFest. They’ve since grown to be the largest one-day food festival in Surrey, and we’re delighted to partner with them. FeastyFest aims to bring the local community together by educating people about food, helping children understand where it comes from, and, of course, selling a delicious range of food and drink from some of Surrey’s finest local producers.

Here you’ll find thirst-quenching drinks brewed locally, outstanding food, a farmers’ market, live music, craft events and well-being stalls.

Craft Brew Festival

Keeping on the theme of food and drink, craft beer has grown in popularity with each passing year. We’re thrilled to partner with Manchester Craft Brew Festival for their 2023 event.

Whether your tastebuds are brought to life by the floral, fruity aromas of a hoppy beer or you prefer to sip on a spirit, you’ll be right at home at the Manchester Craft Brew Festival. They’ll be serving up a range of drinks, too, showcasing the best British micro-brewers, independents and juggernauts of the craft industry.

What’s the perfect companion to a great drink? Tasty food and live music. While sipping on a locally sourced beer, you’ll be able to grab a bite to eat from artisan food vendors and listen to some live music.

Secure your discounted super early bird tickets today and tantalise your tastebuds at Manchester Craft Brew Festival 2023.

Haze Records

Haze Records have returned to events, and we’re excited to welcome them back to the Skiddle fold after a short hiatus. For the uninitiated, Haze is a North-East based label and events company known for delivering knockout club line-ups across venues in Sunderland.

In the past, they’ve booked the likes of Patrick Topping and Ewan McVicar, returning to The Point, Sunderland for a Boxing Day event with none other than Ben Helmsley. The event sold out instantly, a testament to the sustained popularity of Haze Records.

Midnight Sun Weekender – Stornoway

Here at Skiddle, we pride ourselves on delivering the most innovative events to customers. That’s why we’ve joined forces with Midnight Sun Festival. We’ll be their official ticket partner for their inaugural Midnight Sun Weekender, which will take place between Thursday 25th May to Saturday 27th May in 2023.

An event with ambition, the Midnight Sun Weekender will strive to address ethical imbalances in the festival industry. One of these imbalances is gender balance, with Midnight Sun guaranteeing a 45-55% female-to-male ratio of performers. The festival will be powered completely by hydrogen produced on the Isle Of Lewes, aiming to contribute to a greener industry. This is all alongside a fantastic line-up across the weekend.

Speaking about what to expect from the first-ever Midnight Sun Weekender, co-founder Charlie Clark says:

“The Midnight Sun Weekender will be the first ever major pop and rock Festival to be held in the Western Isles. It will be held, annually, on Lews Castle Green, the iconic setting in front of Lews Castle and overlooking Stornoway Harbour.”

FOLD London

Canning Town’s FOLD is widely regarded as one of the UK’s most forward thinking venues. They’ve hosted some of the most crucial acts from techno, house, jungle and bass music, with their YouTube channel showcasing even more genres through a series of livestreams.

Skiddle was born from its founders love of dance music, so we’re absolutely delighted to continue our partnership with FOLD, with the venue signing an improved, exclusive deal with us.
