Welcome To Skiddle: Platform 11
We’re delighted to welcome Platform11 to the Skiddle fold.
Cousins Alex and Craig Mead opened the club in Pontypridd back in 2016, with the initial aim of bringing the best in electronic music to the town.
Since then, they’ve gone from strength to strength. Over the seven years they’ve been open, they’ve hosted the likes of Ben Helmsley, Low Steppa and Schak, given Welsh debuts to Belters Only and put the spotlight on countless local DJs.
They’ve also hosted a series of 90s-themed nights, clubland events and happy hour events, the latter of which has meant the community can dance to great music with affordable drinks.
That ethos is set to continue over the coming months, with the likes of Lilly Palmer, D.O.D, BLK and DJ Daf playing a range of sets from techno to clubland.
