We’ve taken your feedback on board, and at Skiddle we’re always looking to improve our processes to help you sell out your events. So, in order to improve the user experience on our festival pages, we’ve now consolidated all festival profile pages into one, easy to use page.
Overall there is a noticeably improved look + feel for Skiddle customers, and the update works especially well for festivals with multiple ticket types.
Improved User Experience on Skiddle
The design of our new ticket feature is more simple and clear, this makes it easier for our customers to browse different ticket types – even on mobile – and make a purchase resulting in a better user experience. The new design has had a positive impact on conversions.
We’re also adding even more information to every festival, including FAQs, so customers can find all the information they need before purchasing tickets.
Our Revamped Pages gives you Improved SEO
These changes help improve the page from an SEO point of view so they rank better in Google and other search engines. Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out some more design improvements to the page to improve its layout and overall feel.
