We’re here to help you!

 

As a department It’s our job to ensure that your Skiddle booking experience is as simple and as seamless as possible, from booking your tickets and retrieving your order right through to the morning after the night before, our Customer Care team are on hand and here to help with your queries quickly and to make sure that you have all the information you need.

Please read on to find out a little more about our team and if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be more than happy to assist where we can!

Introducing..  Ella  (EG)  AKA.. Solomun’s future Wife

As the Manager of the Customer Care team here at Skiddle, Ella looks after the department and makes sure that you’re always receiving excellent service and quick responses to your questions.

What is the most memorable Gig / Club / Festival you’ve been too ?
The summer Social Festival in Maidstone, Kent in 2016 –
Simply because I met my all time favourite DJ 🖤

I started in Customer Care on the 29th April 2015 and prior to this I helped with the ticket dispatch process over the summer in 2014.

Americano – no milk, no sugar thank you! 👌

The ultimate protector ..of my work space. 🧘

What is the most memorable Gig / Club / Festival you’ve been too ?
Wickerman 2014 –

The much loved and sorely missed Scottish festival was one of the first that I’ve since been lucky enough to attend and experience whilst working at Skiddle and the burning of the giant Wickerman himself at the 2014 event remains one of my most memorable  🎆 🕺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

And where is the next event that you have planned ?
Highest Point in Lancaster  🎪 🌲  It may not be until May but I know it’ll be worth the wait!

As part of the customer Care team, Corinne is also our Ticket Dispatch Ambassador and manages the ordering, processing and distribution of posted tickets.
Corinne works closely with event venues and promoters to ensure you always receive your tickets in time for the event!

Strong Yorkshire tea with soy / oatmilk brought to me in bed, preferably.

It may not be working due to the Christmas tree in the background but the money plant is “very beneficial from all aspects according to Feng Shui and Vatsu.” ☯ 💱 🌿

What is the most memorable Gig / Club / Festival you’ve been too ?
Parov Stellar, Beatherder festival 2015

Four Tet in February and Tune Yards in March.
