Housed in a public piece of art in the town’s piazza, Lytham Festival’s dedicated ticket hub was unveiled earlier this month to much praise. Created in the style of a traditional British beach hut complete with miniature pier, garden and water feature, the ticket hub was designed by Lytham in Bloom member Greg Anderton and has already drawn a lot of attention from both locals and visitors to the seaside town.

Utilising our pioneering Mobile Box Office (read more about that here), we’re proud to be powering all of the hub’s ticket sales for Lytham Festival – Lancashire’s largest outdoor event, which lands on August 1st – 7th.

This means visitors will be able to drop into the hub and get their tickets printed instantly, with payments in cash or card both welcome. Just as you would with buying from the website, customers can buy specific tickets for any of the main events including Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, the West End Proms, or the largest cinema screening of Star Wars in Europe as well as the vast amount of fringe events taking place across the week.

The box office is integrated with the Skiddle promotion Centre too, giving festival organisers Cuffe and Taylor up to the minute info on all ticket sales. What’s more, the Mobile Box Office helps avoid the headache of installing a dedicate phone line and replaces expensive PDQ machines, keeping costs at a minimum for the promoters.
